Expert witness services

I accept enquiries and instructions from Solicitors and Local Authorities but not from private individuals or third party agencies.  If you are a Solicitor or Social Worker wishing to make an enquiry, please email me at info@serenbay.com or use the contact page. 

I undertake assessments for Family Court proceedings, working with adults, children and family groups, and have extensive experience of giving evidence in person.  I also undertake assessments for Civil Court matters relating to personal injury, with adults and with children and young people aged 8+ years.

I accept referrals for clients based in the Midlands and beyond, with appointments generally taking place at their Solicitor’s offices or suitable Local Authority premises.

I also accept referrals for psychological therapy for parents in care proceedings (or pre-proceedings) who have been recommended therapy following assessments.  

​

Referrals may only be made by Solicitors and Social Workers directly involved in the case.  I do not accept referrals from agencies, other third-party organisations, or private individuals.
