My clinical days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9.00 - 17.00 and I aim for a same day response to emails, calls and texts received on those days. Please be aware that messages sent on Mondays and Fridays might not be responded to until the next working day. Neither the email nor phone are monitored out of hours, at the weekend, or on leave days. Thank you for your patience.

Are You In Crisis?

I do not offer a crisis or out of hours service. If your need is urgent, for example if you are feeling suicidal or at risk of harming yourself or someone else, please call Birmingham and Solihull Urgent Mental Health Helpline on 0121 262 3555 or 0800 915 9292 for advice and support. This service is available to all, 24 hours, 7 days a week. Other options include calling Samaritans for free 24/7 on 116123, or texting the word SHOUT to 85258.

If your life is in immediate danger call the emergency services on 999 or attend your nearest A&E department.
