Dr Judith Holden

I am a Registered and Chartered Consultant Clinical Psychologist, and Coaching Psychologist, with more than twenty-five years of clinical experience. 

I offer clinical psychology interventions, supervision, consultation, and expert witness services.  In my psychological therapy work I specialise in PTSD, complex trauma, personality and attachment issues with adults.  We will take a collaborative, bespoke approach to overcoming barriers to progress and taking meaningful action that aligns with your personal values.

I offer one-to-one coaching psychology, facilitating growth, development, and fulfilment in your personal and professional life.

Located in Birmingham’s Colmore Business District, my office is easily accessible for everyone living and working in the city.  Online appointments are also available for those further afield.
